11:00 – 12:30 | Sensuality of Breath | Kai Ehrhardt

One physical phenomenon that is always with us is the breath. Yet, hardly we commune with it. If we do connect then it is mostly to support, enhance or optimize something else – we hardly ever relate to it as something pleasurable in and of itself. This partnering workshop aims to give a glimpse into a vast and rich universe of experience that breath provides a door to.
Kai is a breath therapist based on Prof. Ilse Middendorf’s work, a Continuum teacher, holds the German Heilpraktiker license for psychotherapy and co-founded the Somatic Academy of Berlin. He created Authentic Eros – Explorations for Men and curates the STRETCH and the BODY IQ festivals. In 2016 he initiated a new Community Center in Berlin called Village. 13:00 – 14:30 | Signing Intimacy | Gal Naor

In the workshop, the participants will create an emotional attentive space where we can invent our own authentic personal sign language. By forming a physical and intimate mutual base, we attentively acknowledge each other and take an active part emancipating emotional baggage in each other’s storylines. We will explore various physical, emotional and sensual states and qualities to search for varied ways to express the self and listen to the narrative of the other.
Gal Naor is an Israeli Sign Language interpreter, theater maker and choreographer based in Berlin since 2011. In his creations he deals with the triangle of notions language-culture-identity and how it effects the individual’s way of expression. His approach to dance and performance is based in the understanding that each body should dance in its own unique way. Including diverse range of special performers, his work is encouraging the empowerment of minorities.

13:00 – 14:30 | The Lion Still Roars | David James

We invented sex, drugs, rock and roll, and gay lib, enjoyed its bounty, and then cared for our fallen. We are well-seasoned men. But in a youth-orientated gay culture, we often feel invisible. Still, the will to enjoy sex is undiminished. Without role models, how do we initiate a revolution for mature sexuality? Exploring intimacy awareness, refocusing perceptions, reclaiming our unique magnetism, and exploring sexual satisfaction, we can reinvent our individual, fired-up selves.
David James has worked as a theatre maker in New York, LA, London and Melbourne, currently leading BOOK Music & Lyrics, a professional development workshop for musical theatre writers, composers, lyricists & directors. He began spiritual awareness joining Al-Anon in 1985, leading beginners’ sessions at the Manhattan Gay & Lesbian Community Centre. He later studied with Louise Hay, Bernie Siegel and Stephen Levine, and was a founding member of Cynthia O’Neil’s Friends In Deed.

13:00 – 14:30 | The natural voice, a journey towards free emotion | Ignacio Jarquin

Unleash your creativity and make beautiful music together. This workshop is all about improvisation and letting go of your inhibitions, learning there is no such thing as mistakes and discovering the hidden depths of your voice. The reaction from most people who did this workshop last year: ‘Where did that sound come from?’ and ‘I never knew I had so much power in my voice.’ No singing experience is needed.

16:00 – 17:30 | Caring Trio Bodywork | Peter Pleyer

We will work with our hands on our partners body, focusing on bringing awareness to the spine through soft touch. The spine connects the body-centers pelvis, ribcage and head – gut, heart and brain. The invitation is to let it move, bend and twist – grounding, heart-opening and mind-expanding.

16:00 – 17:30 | Celebrate your Uniqueness | Peter Scherhaufer

Why are we so often forgetting our uniqueness and craving for a validation from the others? Just to fit in? It’s never too late to connect with our soul and to embrace who we are to be fulfilled and happy. This systemic based workshop can help rediscover our neglected uniqueness, strength and resources.
Peter has ten years long experience in Family and Systemics Constellations. He has been running individual and group sessions and applying the method in drama and storytelling since 2013. 16:00 – 17:30 | The Beauty of Here and Now | Mathias Bröring

The workshop invites us to explore the energetic frequencies which surround us. Starting with the physical body we connect more and more with our subtle bodies and the energies which are interfering with them. When we let go of thoughts, expectations, aims and goals everything is possible to happen. We can connect with an energy space, which has its own immanent intelligence to nurture, relax and rebalance our system.
Mathias Bröring was born 1966 in Düsseldorf. He is banker, lawyer, health practitioner for psychotherapy, a loving soul and spiritual seeker. Trained with Martin Siems in „Souling“, a body oriented psycho therapy, Michael Barnett in energy work and Christina Kleinen in various therapeutic and shamanic techniques. 18:00 – 19:30 | Chimp Pansy and the Bonobo Homo | Maevon and Harmony

Playfully explore a competitive chimp world, of strength and menacing masculinity to become top dog, whilst next door in the Bonobo matriarchy, conflicts are resolved without violence and promiscuity is normal. You’ll get the chance to experience both environments.Using primate communication, you can process your personal history using two ways of being, whether it relates to the experience of growing up Gay/queer in a straight environment or of finding Mainstream gay culture competitive and alien.

In addition, attendees will get in touch with new tools to start multiple journeys of love, creativity, introspection and self-reflection, by learning the basic steps of knitting.
Ricardo was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. He works as journalist, but last year decided to be part of a life-changing project: the foundation of Hombres Tejedores, a group of men who took knitting to the streets and public places. He strongly believes we need to break down gender stereotypes related to any kind of activity or artistic expression if we want to live (knit) a more respectful and kind society. He currently lives in Lisbon, Portugal.

18:00 – 19:30 | Making Love with Words | Pawel Dudus

Together with your partner you’re going to develop a joint consensual fantasy according to your present physical and emotional needs. Translating a physical interaction into a poetic game of words – or an elaborated dirty talk. Partners don’t interact physically with each other however…sensually stimulated imagination allows for physical experiences in the form of phantom sensations.
Pawel Dudus- „…is the Dreamer, the Dream and the Dreaming – Working towards developing utopias.” said a person about me who’s been my artistic inspiration. I’m working in the context of dance, theatre and performance art. I focused my artistic practise around the topics of intimacy, love and (self)care. 11:00 – 12:30 | Body & voice – gateway to emotions | Fernando Balsera

Actions, emotions and behaviour are strongly connected. Our body places all these emotions in very specific areas. During the workshop we will use movement and voice to target specific body parts where we could explore different emotional states.

I invite you to a consensual play within the safe frame of The Wheel of Consent (The 3-Minute Game) inspired by intimacy coach Betty Martin. What sort of touch is possible when given and received in a consensual way? What are your needs, desires, boundaries? Decide in every moment how you like to be touched & how you like to touch. You are welcome exactly as you are.

11:00 – 12:30 | The body is matter of choice | Alfredo Fernandez

In this movement exploration/improvisation, we will look at each other, we will meet and we will interact observing the influence that our three brains have on our perception and choice making. The cranial brain stands for thinking, reasoning, computing; the heart brain for feeling, emoting, reaching; the guts for instinct, intuition and immediacy. Harmonising the three brains, we will become more present, receptive and engaged while forming a more embodied narrative of our experience. Silence will guide us. Music will be a partner.
Based in Amsterdam, Alfredo Fernandez is a dance-maker, dance teacher – technique and improvisation, somatic movement practitioner and somatic fitness coach; he facilitates group classes, workshops, and private sessions. His main objective is to raise consciousness and cultivate a holistic relationship to the body and the other, animals, plants and the earth.

13:00 – 14:30 | Grrrrrr…Awrooooo! | George P Scott

Are you curious about exploring ways to bring your inner animal quality out to play? Come explore grunting, growling, panting and the other primal sounds vibrating within you through deep breathing, body contact, and crawling through the space. This workshop will be your own personal jungle where you can experience the wild voice of the inner animal inside you. Be as loud the hell you want. Release your ravenous animal into the world.
George is a performance artist originally from San Francisco where he studied as an actor and dancer at the American Conservatory Theatre, Pacific Conservatory Theatre, the San Francisco Mime Troupe, and holds a degree in Visual and Performing Arts. As a Theatre Arts educator working throughout Deutschland, he has found his passion helping students find their inner voice through intensive body work and theatrical performances.

13:00 – 14:30 | The Slut Within | Didier Rouchon

Do you know the slut within? Do you feel the longing to experience the slut within consciously? Come as you are – excessive, closed, crazy, sexy, off track, seductive, confused, outrageous, as well as covetous, funny, light, addictive, free, sex-obsessed and horny, loving, imprisoned, vulnerable. If you want to give this personality a voice, let it dance so that you can feel what lives inside you. This is the opportunity to take a different kind of step towards her.
The basis of my work is the Life Art Process. The focus is on self-knowledge, feeling one’s own perceptions and feelings, with a special focus on expression. The invitation is to consciously explore our repressed impulses by giving them back the space they deserve and their creative function. The place: A protected space for movement and silence, for experience and reflection, aiming to make of one´s life a dance.

13:00 – 14:30 | Walking with the Alpha Male | David Garcia Garcia

Walking in the street. A group of, presumably heterosexual men approaches you from the opposite direction. They talk loud and they occupy the whole sidewalk with their bodies and attitude… Probably for many queer people that situation would have some influence, at least in the way of moving at the moment of passing them. I’d like to bring some attention to the link between the social hierarchical structures and the different ways in which gender and sexual definitions manifest themselves in our patriarchal societies. In a distended and playful atmosphere, using group theater dynamics and acting games, we´ll have the chance to express and research in regards to how we behave, move, take space and relate with each other and within a group.
David Garcia Garcia is a multidisciplinary artist, dance facilitator and masseur originally from Spain. David studied physical theatre and dramatic art in Madrid and Bilbao. While studying at HfS Ernst Busch in Berlin he learned Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation Dance and Theater Improvisation. Currently, he co-facilitates the Queer Contact Improvisation Laboratory at Village Berlin and also works on creative projects as an illustrator, dancer and performer.

16:00 – 17:30 | Anal Meditation | Julian Martin

What’s my relationship to my ass? How shameful is this part of the body? And what about the other men? How would I like to be touched there today? Anal meditation is a partner exercise in which we gently come into contact with the anus. Each participant decides for himself whether the touch remains external during the meditation or whether the partner may penetrate with his finger. Please show up freshly showered. Disposable gloves and hand disinfection will be provided for the workshop.
Julian originally studied acting, singing and dance before he discovered his passion for massage and bodywork. He regularly organises and leads courses for men and weekend workshops in Zürich under the title of “Men Bodywork”. The main areas of his work are breath, voice, movement, touch, self-acceptance and the discovery and expression of your own needs as the key to a free and fulfilling (sex) life.

16:00 – 17:30 | Attachment Lab | Kai Ehrhardt

In this workshop you have the opportunity to explore and embody various human attachment styles. We will do so on the basis of “attachment theory” – a psychological model that attempts to describe dynamics of interpersonal relationships. Feeling and being exposed to various attachment styles can generate very powerful insights, interests and consequences in regards to one’s own relationship dynamics.
Kai is a breath therapist based on Prof. Ilse Middendorf’s work, an authorized Continuum teacher, holds the German Heilpraktiker license for psychotherapy and co-founded the Somatic Academy of Berlin. He created Authentic Eros – Explorations for Men & For and Beyond all Genders and curates the STRETCH and the BODY IQ festivals. In 2016 he initiated a new Community Center in Berlin called Village. 11:00 – 12:30 | Melting, shedding, unlocked bodies | Tomi Paasonen

Start your day with a sensual awakening meditation ritual. Blindfolded we dive deep into our subconscious mind and initiate a process of physical transformation through slow movements. We stimulate the other senses, expand our breath, open our voices, sensitize our skin and let ourselves surrender to gravity through self-touch and self-care. We dissolve our conscious minds by perceiving, acknowledging and appreciating our bodies and their needs and desires. The goal is to achieve an instinctual state, free of criticism and evaluation. Through breath, evolving repetitive movement we attempt to dissolve the ego, let go of what wants to be let loose, release energetic blockages, turn obsession and negativity into acceptance and presence. Now touch comes into play where the individual bodies meander into intertwined bundles. We melt into each other, eliminating our differences and give ourselves to the moment. As we gradually open our eyes and our perception to the outside world and each other, we explore the connections between us to face the world with whatever is present.

16:00 – 17:30 | Inter-generational | David James

My best pal is 40 years younger, and it started with ‘Why are your toenails painted black?’ It wasn’t a chat-up line, but rather ‘There’s a story here’. Curiosity grew into trust, listening, sharing, homemade bread, laughs, and wondering what’s next. Everyone of every age has unique stories worth sharing and worth hearing. It’s about curiosity with no agenda, inviting someone in with a grin, knowing how to listen, and enjoying being you more. Wow.(We are exploring this topic through conversation and story telling.)

Towards the end of your personal journey through the Stretch experience – with all of its ups and downs, beautiful humans, connection and disconnection, tons of input and experiences – let’s check in: Where are you at? And what do you need right now? What is still missing to create the best possible ending of your weekend? After taking some time for grounding we will co-create a semi-structured open space – a space for self-care, exchange, touch, doing or nondoing, mutual support, immediate desires – and practicing getting what we need.
Jo has a body, heart and mind and he has a life story. He is very experienced with a broad range of emotions and states, including joy, sadness, desperation, serenity, passion, contentment, anger, envy, loneliness, connectedness, fear, trust, gratitude, uncertainty, disappointment, fascination, enthusiasm, curiosity, shame, and vulnerability. He is breathing in Berlin and elsewhere.

18:00 – 19:30 | Ritual Play | Julian Martin

How often do you feel inhibited from doing exactly what you really want to do? In this ritual we create a space where it becomes possible to honestly follow your own impulses and reactions and remain true to yourself in every moment without losing the connection to your partner. After a short introduction and demonstration we will perform the ritual in constellations of two and three. Nudity is optional.

Unleash your creativity and make beautiful music together. This workshop is all about improvisation and letting go of your inhibitions, learning there is no such thing as mistakes and discovering the hidden depths of your voice.

He regularly organises and leads courses for men and weekend workshops in Zürich under the title of “Men Bodywork”.

We will explore how breath and movement can transform intense sensation into energy, impact into joy. What is Eros, what resonates and what can we, as a tribe of Rainbow-warriors, as Healers, mean for each other?Through meditation and bodywork we will connect to ourselves and explore what needs attention, care, love and healing. Giving space and expression to these sensations and gently flowing into the connection with other men. Together we will do exercises, like holding, listening, caressing, erotic touching etc. to help each other process, accept and embrace our sensual being. Healing shame, insecurity, pain, addiction etc. through the qualities of forgiveness, abundance, gratitude, tenderness and joy. 16:00 – 17:30 | Inter-generational | David James

My best pal is 40 years younger, and it started with ‘Why are your toenails painted black?’ It wasn’t a chat-up line, but rather ‘There’s a story here’.
