I'm Willem Stam, a life coach and engineering (IT) coach. Stretch has allowed me to grow beyond where I thought I could, and this is what I love facilitating for coachees and engineering teams I coach as well. I live with my husband and his other partner and our dog and three cats in Berlin. Besides animals, I love getting to know people, music, books, and juicy pears.
