Our body has a built-in rebalancing mechanism, which is to shake, but too often we prevent this at the time of a stressful event as we fear it shows weakness and tension gets stuck in our body. TRE allows your body to re-learn this ability to shake and release tension from the muscles and fascia of your body in a safe, gentle and slow method. No speaking. Some gentle movement followed by laying down for 20 mins.

Nick's meditation journey began aged 21 and included 7 years as a Buddhist monk. Upon leaving the monastery aged 35 Nick arrived in London where he continues to explore how to live a fulfilling and joyful life through a mix of therapeutic methods, massage, meditation and Tantra trainings. He leads the London Gay Men’s Mindfulness group as well as Tantra massage workshops and wellbeing events.
