This workshop offers a safe space for you to play with others within the container of consent. Play indicated being playful, free, expressing your needs and desires, giving and receiving different kinds of consensual touch and care. For that we take the time to arrive in our own bodies first; feeling, stretching and breathing. From there going into contact with others. Holding each other, moving from our heads back into our bodies and hearts.
Merdan Akbayir
Merdan Akbayir works in the field of yoga, massage and bodywork for more than 10 years, first in Amsterdam and now in Berlin. With his approach ‘every BODY is welcome’, he works intuitively and from the heart. Having studied various embodiment practices, he creates a safe environment to holistically support you. His academic background is in Biology and Dance, which he enjoys integrating into his practices.
