Genital Portrait Drawing

This workshop celebrates the genitals as the beautiful and unique body parts they are, creating your most intimate portrait to date. We’ll draw one another, focusing not on the “product” but on the process: How does it feel to have your genitals closely observed, studied, and presented as a centrepiece of an artwork? What thoughts and feelings arise as you intently gaze at someone's genitals without sexualising them?
No prior experience in drawing is needed, and all supplies are provided. The workshop includes nudity but not sexuality.
Marat Videira
Marat is an educator, psychological counselor, social worker, and figurative artist based in Berlin. His fields of interest include personal and social transformation, the body-mind connection, awareness and consent culture, and creating spaces that bring people closer to themselves and each other. Marat has co-created and facilitated workshops around the topics of body positivity, authentic relating, intimacy, consent, and radical self-expression, fostering spaces that embrace growth, connection, and self-discovery.
