11:00-12:30

This workshop explores personal and collective liberation through somatic practices and collaborative dreaming, providing a supportive space to envision and embody new possibilities—a crucial need in our current political climate. Through centering exercises, somatic group practices, and facilitated discussions, participants move beyond fear, connecting deeply with their future selves and community. The session flows from an opening circle and grounding practices, through personal somatic explorations and small group work, culminating in a larger group visioning session.
This workshop offers a unique space to explore the collective imagination and manifest personal and communal "imperfect utopias," brainstorming new ideas for liberation and joy. We'll conclude with a closing circle focused on practical steps toward action and integrating these visions.
