In this playful, sensual workshop, we disrupt traditional couple dynamics through role-playing in rotating trios, using a somatic approach to deepen body awareness and connection. Participants will explore three-way configurations, tuning into their physical sensations and emotions as they embrace the awkwardness and joy of stepping outside usual dynamics. Bring your weirdness, sexiness, slowness, and a towel—get ready to get intimate. Kink is welcome, and consent will be at the heart of everything we do.

Five years ago, I moved to Berlin to challenge my traditional Catholic background. Embracing life’s unpredictability and grounding myself through movement and touch, I developed as a team manager, coach, and trainer in the corporate world. By exploring the city's body-positive, open spaces, I learned to create similar environments in small settings. Now, it's time for me to facilitate, as embracing the outsider perspective is exactly what it's all about!
