Me, Myself and the other me when no one sees me

How do I feel when I’m part of a group? Am I often imposing my own needs? Do I tend to thrive for Harmony? Am I forgetting my own needs? The workshop will be an inclusive movement exploration of the concept of individuality, community and collective decisions. Based on the original music Score of In-C by Terry Riley, we will create a game of simple and accessible movement patterns to use and combine them in space, pushing the participants to be in a scenario of collective decision making and the challenges that may arise.
