Dancing forces you to reconnect with your body. Within our society we are trained to constantly use our minds to think through problems and suffering, whatever it may be. Let’s focus on the body, because: The body keeps the score. How can we reconnect to the moment and disconnect the thinking mind?
Dancing allows you to reconnect with your inner self, restore balance and nurture your authenticity and mental health. We will journey through images, emotions, different levels of intensity, through continuous movement and inner exploration. We won't talk much except for the first 10 minutes of introduction. Get ready to sweat, take away your usual strategies and switch off your brain. It will happen if you let it :)

No dance background is required!
